CEPRI’s first IECEE CBTL wins international recognition

On January 23, 2019, the National Energy Solar Center (NESC) was approved as Certification Bodies Testing Laboratories (CBTL) by IECEE. It is the first IECEE CBTL of CEPRI.

In August 2018, NESC accepted the on-site assessment by IECEE from the aspects of quality system, technical ability and on-site witnessed test. The assessment experts highly praised the lab environment, test equipment and technicians’ professional ability, confirmed NESC’s qualification of CBTL in terms of quality management and testing technology and issued the certificate in January, 2019.

The CBTL certification indicates the international recognition to NESC’s photovoltaic testing ability. NESC’s entry into international standardized labs will give full play of the international certification platform IECEE to offer comprehensive, high-quality and efficient testing services. The testing results issued by NESC will be recognized by IECEE members and realize the objective “one test, one certificate, recognized internationally”.
